“ Robredo was truly a great loss to the government. He had been very active in supervising the operations of all the local government agencies. Robredo has been in the City for several times especially when disaster struck last year. Cotabato City has been awarded the Seal of Good Housekeeping by DILG for adhering to the thrust of PNOY on transparency in government services.”
